How to get to Egypt

It is possible to get to Egypt by air sea or land.

The fastest and most convenient option is by flight

Air travel: 

 Cairo International Airport  receiving most international flights.

 Sharm El Sheik, Hurghada, Marsa Alam, and Alexandria also boast seasonal

charter flights.

Land and Sea journeys:

  • Crossing from Israel/Palestine:

Reach the city of Eilat, cross the border (ISRAEL: 109 ILS exit fee, EGYPT: 705 EGP entry fee), and catch a bus, minibus, or taxi to your destination. Note: Border hours may be altered due to current situations; currently, it operates from 8:00 to 17:00.

  • Ferry from Jordan:

Connect with Aqaba via Nuweiba or Taba Marina using Ab Maritime ferries (around USD 80).

  • Crossing from Sudan:

Land cross or ferry Sail a from Wadi Halfa border (check border status due to regional events).
